Clinic and Home Visits
Our dedicated Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) work alongside your child’s therapy team to support ongoing development. Whether at the clinic or in the comfort of your home, AHAs provide consistent guidance and practice tailored to your child’s needs.

-
Therapy Homework Support
AHAs can assist with physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology programs, helping children complete their prescribed home exercises, sports practice, handwriting practice, speech or communication activities. This ensures therapy strategies are carried over into everyday routines for better outcomes.

-
Behaviour Strategy Implementation
In collaboration with your Behaviour Practitioner, AHAs can help your child practice behaviour support strategies, reinforcing positive skills and routines in a safe and supportive environment.

-
Skill Building through Play
AHAs create engaging opportunities for children to practice social skills, play skills, and daily living activities in a fun and meaningful way, building confidence and independence.

-
School Holiday Support
Longer sessions are available during school holidays when parents may be busy with work or other commitments. This gives children structured, supportive, and enriching time to continue working on their therapy goals when consistency matters most.

-
Affordable Therapy Support
Allied Health Assistant sessions are available at approximately half the cost of therapy sessions, making it easier for families to receive ongoing, practical support.
